As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments.

Wage: Hourly, plus Performance Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Determining automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and explaining exclusions
• Developing estimates for materials, supplies, and labor
• Preparing repair orders with detailed descriptions of issues and required services
• Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and timelines
• Recording automotive problems and corrective actions
• Participating in educational opportunities to update job knowledge

Requirements:
