Wage: Hourly

At Steele Auto Group, we support our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship with our Road to Red Seal program. You'll receive Level Bonuses (paid upon successful completion of each level, plus a bonus upon Red Seal Certification) and benefit from our Salary Top‑Up Plan to ease the financial burden during training.

Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification, and efficiency.

Guarantee: A biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat‑rate hours.

Maximize your earnings with our internal Performance Incentive Program: For every hour produced, money is added to your Personal Incentive Bank with automatic annual payouts!

Fredericton Hyundai is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process.

Commission Wage Structure: Earning Potential of $100,000+ Annually!

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engage customers in‑person or electronically to understand their needs and budget.
• Showcase an impressive range of Hyundai models, highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the selection process and product demonstrations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to the overall success of Fredericton Hyundai as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Passion for the automotive industry
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience
• Neat, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
