Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with suppliers
- Supervising inventory management, order placements, and deliveries
- Leading a team towards achieving efficiency and success
- Financial management in line with departmental goals
- Fostering collaborative relationships with other dealership departments

Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses technical expertise in the parts and accessories industries
- Has comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution system operations
- Exhibits strong organization skills, particularly in clerical work, administration, control systems, and financial resources
- Understands vehicle legislation, automotive industry and trade practices
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Has strong numeracy and written communication skills
