Sales Manager Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful operations of our Sales Department. Collaborating with a talented team of professionals, you will guide clients through their automotive journey, from test drives to delivery. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing New and Pre-Owned Automotive Sales operations
  • Analyzing sales representative activities to optimize sales performance
  • Preparing and evaluating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensuring department profitability and implementing corrective measures
  • Managing vehicle inventory and merchandising
  • Collaborating with other departments for seamless dealership functionality
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve success
  • Engaging with customers in our showroom and supporting sales consultants in follow-ups
  • Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of dealership financial operations
  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience
  • Prior experience in a team leader, mentor, or coaching role
