As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide to our customers in their journey to select their perfect vehicle. Understanding our brand offerings and aligning them with our customer's desires is crucial for this role. Your excellent communication skills and high-level customer service will ensure our customers' satisfaction.
- Present vehicles (new and used) to clients both in-person and via video
- Plan and organize your activities to meet sales targets
- Accurately present lease/purchase options to clients with a consultative approach
- Schedule and prepare for test drives and deliveries, ensuring vehicle readiness and document accuracy
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Previous customer service experience
- Engaging personality, neat and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent organizational skills, a robust work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Superior communication skills, both in-person and online
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driver’s abstract
